DEPOSITS: 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required, per person, for all services. Remaining balance will be paid at the service’s completion or arrival to any set or production.
CANCELLATION: If you have to cancel, any amount of service/time worked will be required to be paid. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
RESCHEDULING: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, it must be MORE THAN 24 HOURS from your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. The deposit will be credited to your rescheduled appointment. A second rescheduling will require you to book a NEW appointment with a NEW deposit.
REFUNDS: All completed services and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All sets where I am directing will be a DRY SET , meaning no alcohol or drug use of any kind are permitted during the scheduled shoot times.
Any time over the times we agreed will be added to the clients invoice and must be paid before final products are received, unless payment plan has been arranged.
While on set all parties MUST be respectful of one another’s space and time.
When onset, everyone should be mindful of each other’s space, time, bodies, etc. Any inappropriate misconduct WILL NOT be tolerated.

Please for everyone’s safety, reduce the amount of people on set. While I do not require everyone to be tested, I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND testing be done 48 hours prior to production.
If you or I show symptoms, the appointment MUST BE CANCELED! If you test positive or know you have been around someone or invited someone who tested positive and did not cancel the shoot, I will be charging a $250 fee for lack of care for my health.
I am fully vaccinated and will wear a mask the entire time while working. Proof of vaccination or recent covid test results are available upon request.

I am traveling from Willingboro, NJ. Please contact me directly before booking to confirm travel accomodations.
The client is responsible for ALL tolls and parking fees I may incur traveling to the appointment, in addition to the travel quote.
1-10 miles: $10 | 11-20 miles: $20 | 21-30 miles: $30 | 31-40 miles: $40. Please contact me directly for a travel quote. All travel fees are non negotiable!
Please note that I will only travel to NYC and surrounding areas for services totaling $250+. Please note that I will only travel to the DMV for services totaling $300+.
If travel and lodging are required, the client will be responsible for both, and any other project based expenses. I will cover all other expenses.(ie. food,personal activities,etc.)

All CREATIVE DIRECTION services are REQUIRED a free consultation (45 min max). CONTENT CREATION services are NOT required consultations, but can be requested by either party.
If you are asking for me to edit any photos or footage that you are providing, once content is quality checked, I will let you know if the project will be approved.
ALL CONTENT RECEIVED MUST BE APPROVED BY ME !
I will document ALL time spent on your project, from concept to execution, and log them and state what was completed. TRANSPARENCY and COMMUNICATION are most important. I will show all documentation of time for your records and mine.

SERVICE WILL NOT BE STARTED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU FINISHED UNTIL FINAL PAYMENTS ARE MADE.
Minimum listed with services calculates the amount of time I expect projects to take. Any additional time worked will be documented and added to your invoice.
All services are given a 2 WEEK minimum turnaround time, unless otherwise discussed. If you want me to do anything faster there will be a $35 Rush Fee.
Once invoices are approved by you and deposit is paid, prices agreed on are FINAL. Content will NOT be shared until final payment is made.
Hours added will be invoiced separately.
